Constable David Hill’s Narcotic Investigators recently received information that crystal methamphetamine was being trafficked from a home located off Brady Street in the City of Magnolia. A joint investigation was conducted by Precinct 5 Constables and DPS that resulted in the arrest of Kari Renee Lawson late last night. Lawson has been charged with a First Degree Felony for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled substance and is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $75,000.00 bond. Investigators were able to remove 232 grams of methamphetamine from the streets of Magnolia during the arrest and the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
