PRECINCT 5 SHUTS DOWN SOURCE OF MAGNOLIA SCHOOL DRUGS

On August 21, 2019 Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department completed an investigation into Juvenile selling drugs to local Junior High and High School students.
Deputies received complaints from multiple parents about Juvenile selling drugs to their kids in the Magnolia area. Investigators developed information from parents and was able to identify the drug dealer. The Juvenile’s address was located and a search warrant was conducted on the property after developing probable cause. During the search of the single wide mobile home at 31316 Debbi Lane in Magnolia, Texas several different drugs were found. At the residence, Deputies located 29.1 grams of THC, 3.7 grams of Methamphetamine, 4.7 grams of Cocaine, 91 Xanax pills, 23 units of Acid, 3 grams of illegal Mushrooms and 8.3 grams of Marijuana. Two adults were arrested inside the residence. Michelle Aldridge, a 45-year-old female from Magnolia, TX and Jacob Shaw, a 23-year-old male from Magnolia, TX. A Juvenile male was also arrested from the location that was identified as the person selling drugs to the Junior High and High School aged kids. Michelle and Jacob were taken to the Montgomery County Jail and released to jail staff. The Juvenile was taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center and released to jail staff.
The Juvenile was arrested for Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 1 a first degree felony, Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 2 a first degree felony, Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 1A a second degree felony and Possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance PG 2 a second degree felony. Michelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 a third-degree felony and for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 a class A misdemeanor. Jacob was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance PG 2 a second-degree felony.
Constable Chris Jones comments: “The Precinct 5 Constable’s Office will not allow anyone to sell drugs to kids in our community. The safety and welfare of our kids are a top priority and our future generation will be afforded the safest environment possible.”
