The Pct. 4 Constable’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in apprehending 39-year-old Johnny Lee “Buzzard” Walley, Jr. who was arrested at a home located at 17615 White Oak Drive in Grangerland last November after officers went to his home to seize a vehicle and he unleashed a large and aggressive Pit Bull Terrier. At the end of the day, Walley was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a public servant; felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon. He later posted bond and was released, but failed to appear in court as scheduled.
