HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, Investigators with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted an undercover investigation into alleged prostitution at Sun Massage in the 4900 block of FM 2920. The investigation was based on citizen complaints.
Deputies posing as clients entered Sun Massage and were allegedly offered sex and/or sex acts in exchange for money by unlicensed massage parlor employee, 42-year-old Mei-Chiu Pan. She was arrested for Prostitution. Further investigation revealed that the business had a legitimate Massage Establishment License, but was staffed with unlicensed massage therapists.
