PURSUIT ENDS IN DECKERS PRARIE

LASSETTER,VICTORLEEThis evening Tomball Police attempted to initiate a traffic stop at Baker Street and SH 249 for a expired registration.  The driver fled the officers through Tomball. When he approached Decker Prairie and SH 249 he rammed a vehicle in his Nissan ripping the passenger door off, to make his way through the intersection. The driver then headed west on Decker Prairie to an RV Park.

While Tomball Police held a perimeter, and with Harris County Sheriff’s Office helicopter overhead, Montgomery County Deputies and Montgomery County Precinct 5 Deputies made entry into one of the RV’s. There they found Victor Vee Lassetter who was wanted on a parole warrant, washing blue dye from his hair. He was taken into custody and turned over to Tomball Police.

On May 28, 2013 Victor Lassetter, 21, of was arrested here in Montgomery County for a parole warrant also. He was declared a parole absconder on November 30, 2013. He was originally on parole for a burglary of a building charge in November of 2009 and 2010 and an illegal dumping charge.
