Racking Up DWI #4

SPRING, TX- On Sunday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 13000 block of Veterans Memorial Drive. They identified 69-year-old Juan Lopez as the driver at fault. Lopez allegedly displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Deputies administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had three previous DWI convictions on his record.

“Juan Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with (third-degree) Felony Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $15,000 out of the 209th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
