On Saturday night, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables patrolling I-69 spotted a red Honda traveling at 128mph and going in ansd out of traffic. The vehicle was stopped, and Jesus Guzman, the driver, was arrested for reckless driving, unlawful carrying a weapon and narcotics possession. This type of behavior puts innocent motorists at serious risk. Precinct 4 remains committed to proactive enforcement and will not tolerate this dangerous behavior.
