* AFFECTED AREA…Houston, Trinity, Madison, Walker, San Jacinto, Polk, Burleson, Brazos, Washington, Grimes, Montgomery, Northern Liberty, Colorado, Austin, Waller, Inland Harris, Chambers, Wharton, Fort Bend, Inland Jackson, Inland Matagorda, Inland Brazoria, Inland Galveston, Southern Liberty, Coastal Harris, Coastal Jackson, Coastal Matagorda, Coastal Brazoria and Coastal Galveston.
* TIMING…From 10 AM to 8 PM CDT Wednesday.
* WINDS…Northeast around 10 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 20 percent.
