On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at approximately 6:40 PM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division were dispatched to a reported kidnapping that had just occurred near a residence in the 16000 block of Holly Lane South, in Montgomery, Texas.
Upon Deputies arrival, it was reported that a juvenile female was chasing a pet down the street on Holly Lane East when a dark colored 4 door passenger car stopped near her. A male driver reportedly opened the passenger side door and offered the juvenile a ride in the vehicle, which she refused. The male then reportedly grabbed the juvenile by her arm, pulling her into the vehicle, and then proceeded to drive away. Reportedly the male driver took her to an open field surrounded by trees and stopped the car. The juvenile female then managed to escape from the vehicle and flee the location on foot. She was later located hiding in shrubs by an off duty peace officer.
Several units responded to the location having no success in locating the actor or actor vehicle.
Descriptions of the suspect is a white male between 30 and 50 years of age with blonde hair, brown eyes, and a beard. The suspect was reportedly wearing an orange striped polo-style shirt and blue jeans. The juvenile stated that male had a, “skull”, tattoo visible on his left arm. The investigation is on-going and investigators are in the process of reviewing evidence.
