ROAD RAGE IN HEAVY TRAFFIC

On January 8, 2019, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office was flagged down by a citizen at the Shell gas station located in the 15000 block of Mason Road in reference to a road rage incident. The complainant reported that during heavy traffic, an unknown male driver rammed his vehicle into the complainant’s vehicle twice, causing damage.
The complainant advised he pulled into the gas station and the suspect followed. The suspect was irate and when he approached the complainant’s vehicle, he began a physical confrontation. The suspect observed the Constable Deputy’s patrol vehicle drive by and he quickly fled the location. Responding deputies searched the surrounding area and were able to locate and detain the suspect, identified as Cory Clinton. “Cory Clinton was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Mischief.
