Just before 5pm a white male 6’-1” tall between the age of 40 and 50 walked into Hometown Cleaners in a shopping center on the northern city limits of Splendora. The subject displayed a handgun in his waistband and robbed the business.
A little over 30 minutes later San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Department received a call of a robbery that had just occurred at Joy Juice Liquor Store on US 59 in San Jacinto County.
On that scene a male fitting the same description as the robber in Splendora robbed the clerk at gunpoint. They observed the suspect leaving in a White Trailblazer which when the license plate was run it came back as stolen.
Both Departments are working to catch this robber.
