On Saturday, around 12:15 a.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from the Shell Convenience Store, located near the intersection of Decker Hills Drive and Brownsville Road.
A complainant reported that while at the dispatched location three males pulled him from his vehicle and assaulted him. He reported that a screwdriver was used to strike him on the head and that the three suspects then proceeded into his truck and drove away. Based on the descriptions given by the complainant, deputies determined the suspects were the same suspects from an earlier disturbance call in the area.
Several Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Units responded to the area. One of the units was able to locate the stolen vehicle being driven on a nearby roadway. The vehicle was stopped and one of the suspects was inside. The suspect was arrested for aggravated robbery.
The complainant was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for injuries he received while being assaulted.
The other two suspects were not located and the case is on-going.
