The accident is still being investigated but some details are available. An 18-wheeler was westbound on FM 3277 with a Mazda Pickup behind it. A 1995 Chevrolet Beretta turned wide onto FM 3277 from Cedar Lane striking the 18-wheeler. It then went to the right side of the road and bounced back across the road striking the Mazda.
The driver of the 18-wheeler is uninjured. The Mazda driver was transported by Legacy EMS to Livingston Memorial.
The driver of the Beretta was transported to Livingston Memorial where he was pronounced dead.
