PRESS RELEASE FROM THE CONROE POLICE DEPARTMENT
At approximately 8:00 pm, Conroe Police officers and investigators responded to a reported disturbance that resulted in one person being transported to a local hospital. The victim reportedly received a gunshot wound to the head.
Officers and investigators responded to the 1200 block of North Loop 336 West and learned a male and female were arguing in their apartment. During the course of the argument, the female victim received a non-fatal gunshot wound to the head. The female was transported to Memorial Hospital Woodlands for treatment. The male subject was interviewed by investigators and was released pending the result of the investigation.
The investigation is on-going.
