ALSO ANOTHER SCAM CLAIMS TO BE THE FBI
If you get a call from 936 215 4023 saying that you missed jury duty and you have to pay a fine or go to jail ignore it. DO NOT send them any money it is a scam. We didn’t answer when they called here but my neighbor got a call after us and they told her she needed to pay 4,500 dollars or go to jail because she missed jury duty. She was like I never got anything in the mail for jury duty and I’m not sending any money so come and arrest me. Then she called the sheriff’s office and they told her they had received like 40 plus calls and it was a scam. They also said to spread the word and to tell people to try to stay on the phone with them and act like you were going to send them money and see where they wanted the money sent to and then to call crime stoppers with the info.
