Search Continues on Lake Conroe for Local Man *UPDATE*

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- As of 2:30 p.m. Sunday, searchers haven’t found the Willis man missing on Lake Conroe. Multiple agencies have searched since just before 10 p.m. Saturday night. His pickup truck was found almost immediately. His Jon Boat was found on the water, early in the search, with his mobile phone onboard. The boat was near Ayers Island, which was then searched using a drone.

Scott Engle and Jamie Nash are Montgomery County residents and veteran law enforcement / breaking news reporters, who met covering a law enforcement story and have covered multiple counties, with Scott as a television videographer for multiple local stations and national networks, and Jamie as newspaper / magazine / online reporter.
