Tuesday evening Cleveland Police received a tip of a male with possible bomb-making supplies and a bomb. Knowing the history of this man Cleveland Police responded to the 700 block of West Clay, a mobile home park. When they arrived they were met by the suspect Devon Ryan who had a knife. He was quickly arrested. ATF, Montgomery County Bomb Squad, Harris County HAzMat, and Cleveland Fire responded to the scene just after 9 pm. A search warrant was drawn up and just before 3 am was executed. Inside officials found 3 Molotov cocktails. Ryan has been arrested and charged with possession of a weapon. Additional charges are expected.
