On Tuesday a concerned citizen called reporting a suspicious person on Partners Way at FM 1314. Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables responded and were able to locate Jimmy Dugan Lunsford, 23, of 22550 Yancy in Porter. Lunsford was arrested for failure to id and sex offenders failure to comply. He was originally charged with sexual assault of a 15-year-old female in Matagorda County when he was 19-years-old. He was convicted on that charge in June of this year but he transferred to Montgomery County. He is on 10-year-probation for the charge.
