Late this afternoon a woman contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and reported that she been punched and choked then sexually assaulted in her vehicle.The location was the Kroger Shopping Center parking lot at FM 1488 and FM 2978. Detectives are still investigating. The victims vehicle was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Lab to be searched for any evidence.
The male is reported to be a Hispanic male in his 40’s.
