SPRING- Three Spring firefighters were injured Wednesday afternoon when their apparatus, Rescue 75, collided with a van on FM 2920 at Meadow Hill, while en route to a call.
The rescue truck was eastbound on FM 20920 with lights and sirens activated when the van failed to yield the right of way, crossing in front of them, causing the two vehicles to collide.
The rescue truck crossed the roadway and went into a parking lot where it landed on its side, while the van was also sent into a parking lot, striking several parked vehicles and a building.
The crash is under investigation.
