A crash this afternoon took the life of a motorcycle rider on SH 105 west, just west of Dobbin. EMS responded to the scene and attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful. The crash was reported at 1:34pm when it was reported a vehicle turned in front of a motorcycle but stopped when the driver saw it. The motorcycle operator however, over corrected in an attempt to avoid a collision. Contact was not made between the two vehicles. Judge Wayne Mack responded to the scene and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
