Shattered Lives is a event using victims, vehicles from crashes, fire and ems and is set at a DWI situation. It actually recreates an entire scene as if it really happened. Injured flown by helicopter and taken to hospitals by ground, officers investigating the crash, intoxicated person taken to jail. There is cost involved, props, make up, water to keep the victims and workers hydrated.
Montgomery High School is set to partisipate in the Shattered Lives program on March 10th and 11th of 2016. The program is all volunteer and community based but because the program is so involved, there are many costs that go into it to make it run. We only have 2 weeks to come up with the funds. As a parent of a child at MHS, I know how important it is to have Shattered Lives out at our school. Lets come together as a community and raise the funds to give our children this experience. 100% of all funds raised will go directly to Shattered Lives of Montgomery County.

Per Micheal Valdez with shattered lives of Montgomery county….his post Stated … These kids need this program…please help… Montgomery HS – This morning I was informed that only 20% of the funds needed to put the program on have been raised. This is of concern since your 2nd meeting is tomorrow night. As the director I have the responsibility to make sure our costs are covered. Without assurances we may have to cancel your program. Please contact Mr. Lopez at the school, your PTO, or anyone else that could help. I can be messaged here or contacted at (713)398-6857. Please share this in the community. The last thing we want is to cancel your prgram.
