Shenandoah Cops Say California Man was Driving a Stolen Cali Benz!

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- In the early morning hours of October 12, Shenandoah Police spotted a stolen Mercedes Benz G Wagon traveling south on I-45. The initiated a traffic stop and detained the driver. Their investigation revealed the SUV had been reported stolen earlier that week in California, and somehow wound up in Shenandoah, Texas before the driver was caught.

The SUV was recovered and will be returned to its owner, who likely never thought they’d see it again! That might have been true, if the driver hadn’t found his way to South Montgomery County, where SPD found and arrested him!

Dether Estieven Aguilar-Milla, 30, of Long Beach, California is charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, a state jail felony. His bond was set at $30,000 and the case was assigned to the 359th District Court.
