MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, During a traffic stop along I-45, Shenandoah Police found the driver feloniously honest. Oscar Mendoza allegedly confessed to SPD having a felony amount of THC oil in the car, and even said he’d be “going to jail tonight” before they had!
Turns out he was right on all counts. Officers found 126.5 grams (over a quarter pound) of THC oil inside the vehicle. The honest driver was promptly taken to Conroe and booked into the Montgomery County Jail!
Oscar Alexander Serrano Mendoza, 18, of Conroe, is charged with first-degree Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2 / 2A, more than 4 grams, but less than 400 grams. He has since been released on $30,000 bond. The case will be heard in the 435th District Court in Conroe.
