Just before 9 pm, Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting in the Kroger Store parking lot at 360 FM 1960 at I-45. Units arrived to find a black male shot in the leg in the parking lot. According to witnesses, the black male had walked into the Kroger Store. When he returned to the parking lot a confrontation started between the black male and a white male. The black male removed his shirt and as he did was shot by the white male. The shooter then fled the scene in a silver vehicle.
