About 7:30 p.m., Harris County Precinct 4 received a call from a mother who stated one son shot another son in the 400 block of North Vista. Units arrived on the scene to find a male barricaded in an upstairs room. The victim is believed to still be in the home on the second floor. Neighbors are asking to move out of the area as additional police arrive. There is a chance the shooter may have fled through a broken window. It is an Asian male. This is couth of FM 1960 and just east of I-45.
