Harris County Precinct 4 Deputies are on the scene of a shooting in the 11300 block of Loyolia in the Bonaire Subdivision. The suspect fled over the fence. is described as a Hispanic male, stocky build, wearing glasses and wearing a Dallas Cowboys Shirt and Dallas Cowboys shorts. A DPS helicopter is also assisting in the manhunt. The female he shot at the location has been pronounced deceased.
