Just before 3:30 am, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting in the 21500 block of Abagale-Grace in the Timberland area. MCHD and Porter Fire also responded. Units arrived to find a male in his 20s shot in the neck. He was transported to the hospital in stable condition. Units were advised that the shooter attempted to leave but drove off into the ditch. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Detectives are en route to the scene. Arrested was We will update as information becomes available. Arrested was Cedrick Deshaun Alexander, 31, of 7947 Grow Lane in Houston. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
