Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Silver Alert on behalf of the Houston Police Department for 71-year-old Norma Jean Morris. She was last seen Monday, 06/05/2023, at approximately 5:30PM, on foot in the 2200 block of Winrock Blvd, Houston, Tx., 77057. She was last seen wearing a Black Shirt, Blue Jeans, Turquoise Jacket, Blue Tennis shoes, and a Blue Head Scarf.
Ms. Morris has been diagnosed with dementia and is in need of her medication.
