On September 22, 2011, around 11:15 AM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) arrested a resident of Spring, TX for possession of a controlled substance.
SIU served a search warrant at an apartment located in the 2100 Block of Sawdust Road as part of an ongoing investigation targeting the manufacture and distribution of illegal Growth Hormones (Steroids) in Montgomery and Harris Counties.
The investigation led to arrests and seizures of laboratory glassware and other components along with several pounds of powered and liquid growth hormones.
The suspect had in his possession at the time of his arrest approximately 50 grams of suspected Testosterone and other illegal growth hormones along with numerous vials and counterfeit labels used in the trafficking of these illegal substances.
