In the early afternoon hours yesterday, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Investigations Unit assisted by Texas State Game Wardens and Montgomery Count Auto Theft Task Force detectives execute a search warrant at a residence on Camilla Court in Magnolia, Texas. The SIU had received TIPS that the suspects at this residence were involved in trafficking narcotics and money laundering. They were also suspected to be illegally harvesting wild life.
Several ounces of powder cocaine, crack cocaine, ecstasy, xanax, hashish and marijuana were seized as well as scales, firearms, electronic money counters, and currency.
Several vehicles were also seized including a Mustang Convertible, Chevrolet Tahoe, and a Suzuki Motorcycle, Two Flat Bed trailers, Computers and other items used in the trafficking of illicit contraband.
There was evidence of possible Wild life hunting violations that were seized by the Game Wardens.
There were no arrests at the scene. This investigation is continuing and will be presented to both the State and Federal Prosecutors for review and prosecution.
