MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Splendora Police initiated a traffic stop for a violation in the area of Hwy 59 and E. River Road, and wound up with a felony arrest. SPD established probable cause and conducted a search of the vehicle that revealed the driver, Maggi Noel, was allegedly in possession of illegal narcotics and marijuana. Officers arrested Noel and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.

Maggi Lynn Noel, 27, of Houston is charged with third-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. The marijuana charge was not accepted. Noel’s bond was set at $3,000, but it appears she was then released on a PR bond.
