…STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT TRINITY…NORTHERN GRIMES… NORTHEASTERN BRAZOS…NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY…NORTHWESTERN SAN JACINTO…SOUTHWESTERN HOUSTON…SOUTHERN MADISON…NORTHERN POLK AND WALKER COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM CDT…
At 316 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Diboll to 8 miles southeast of Kurten. Movement was south at 15 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include… Southeastern College Station, Huntsville, Madisonville, Apple Springs, Trinity, Onalaska, Corrigan, Groveton, Riverside, Bedias, Sebastopol, Iola, Crabbs Prairie, Moscow, Oakhurst, Roans Prairie, and Carlos.
