While Officer’s with Splendora Police Department were out conducting Traffic Enforcement for the 1st day of school, An Officer observed a driver commit a traffic offense. When the Officer made contact with the individuals in the vehicle, the back passenger was acting extremely nervous. Upon identifying all the occupants in the vehicle, the back passenger, identified as Benjamin Cray of New Caney was wanted by the U.S. Marshal’s Office for a Felony Drug Offense. Cray was immediately taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery Jail with NO Bond.
