Our Splendora Criminal Interdiction K9 Units conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 59 near Ipes Rd. During the investigation, a passenger provided officers with false identifying information. With the help from their Mobile AFIS, the male shows to be a wanted fugitive through Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Miguel Batres-Delarosa was placed in custody for Fail to ID Fugitive and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
