SPLENDORA POLICE CHASE ENDS IN CRASH IN HUMBLE

On November 29, 2024, at approximately 8:31 PM, Humble Dispatch received a request for assistance from Montgomery County regarding a vehicle pursuit entering the city of Humble. Officers from Splendora PD, Montgomery County Constable Pct 4, and Texas DPS were pursuing a white Honda Accord that had fled from Splendora PD southbound on Highway 59 before exiting and turning westbound onto FM 1960 Bypass. Shortly afterward, the suspect’s vehicle collided with another car at the intersection of FM 1960 Bypass and W. Townsen Blvd. Humble officers responded to the scene to assist after the collision. Splendora PD took the suspect into custody following the crash. Humble officers are conducting a thorough investigation of the scene, including documenting evidence and processing the crash site to ensure every detail is accounted for. Humble Fire Rescue transported all three persons involved in this crash to local hospitals for treatment. Arrested was Antonio Demond Holliway Jr. , 22, of 140111 Crossvale Rd. in Houston. He has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of evading arrest. No bond has been set at this time.
