On Friday, September 21, 2018 , Chief Wieghat and The City of Splendora Police Department assisted CP4 with a follow up investigation about a copper theft suspect. Officer Hardin arrived on scene and started speaking with Warhol,William. William voluntarily came to the SPD for the interview. During the interview he admitted to entering a Cell Tower in the City of Splendora and stealing and damaging the property.
William was subsequently questioned by Cleveland PD and Roman Forest PD . As a result , Warhol was then placed in custody for Felony Criminal mischief and Theft of copper.
