Saturday afternoon Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Splendora Police on a reported carjacking. A female was dropping off her nephew in the 26400 block of Carol Lane when three males approached her placing a gun to her head. They then pistol whipped her and stole her vehicle. A short time later East Montgomery County Fire was dispatched to a reported car fire in the 19100 block of Dorsett. The vehicle was determined to be the stolen vehicle. Splendora’s Criminal Interdiction Unit responded to the scene along with K-9 “Ordy”. All three males were located and arrested. Arrested were two juveniles age 14 and 15. Also arrested was Jeffrey Grajales. 18, of 24332 E. Terrace in Porter. He was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held on a total of $300,000 in bonds.
