SPRING NARCOTICS BUST

On November 4, 2013, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit concluded a narcotics investigation in the 24000 Block of Richards Road, located in Spring, Montgomery County. During the course of the investigation, Dejon Deandre Daniels was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, Cocaine 4>200 grams, and money laundering. A second suspect, Bryan Deon Sims, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, Cocaine 4>200 grams. Both possession charges are a first degree felony.

During the investigation, 27 grams of cocaine was recovered and approximately $1,900.00 in cash was seized, as suspected drug proceeds. Bryan Sims was identified to be associated with a known 59 Piru, (Bloods), gang member.

The Montgomery County Special Investigations Unit was assisted by the Conroe Police Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division.

Both suspects were transported and booked in the Montgomery County Jail. No bond has been set for either suspect at this time.
