HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Sergeant Elmer with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office was alerted that a stolen trailer was approaching the Atascocita area. The trailer was found in the 14500 block of W Lake Houston Pkwy.
The trailer was stolen from a Boy Scouts Troop in Sugarland and then resold on social media to an unsuspecting buyer. The trailer will be returned to the Boy Scouts.
This should serve as a reminder to exercise caution purchasing items from strangers over social media.
