On February 7, 2012, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Auto Theft Task Force went the EMC Recycling Center on FM 1485 in New Caney, Texas and conducted an inspection.
During the inspection investigators found several vehicles that had been reported stolen.
Recovered:
Low boy trailer 16 foot Reported Stolen in Conroe
2008 Chevrolet Truck Reported Stolen in Harris County
1984 Chevrolet Truck Reported Stolen in Harris County
Farm Trac Tractor with a frontend loader Reported Stolen in Montgomery County
Criminal charges have not been filed as investigators continue to examine evidence however, multiple arrests are anticipated.
