Entergy crews are making important upgrades to transmission lines on Lake Conroe to support the growing community. A dozen transmission lines will be replaced to strengthen service reliability for nearly 100,000 residents in the Conroe area.
Work is scheduled to take place from Dec. 1, 2025, through Feb. 2026, near the April Sound, Walden, and Bentwater lake communities. During this time, you will see crews on lake barges replacing structures during daylight hours. No customer outages are expected.
