SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT OF A PUBLIC SERVANT AFTER UNLEASHING HIS LARGE DOG ON DEPUTIES!

On March 12, 2023, deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office responded to 11130 Hidden Bend Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon the deputy’s arrival, they located the male involved in the disturbance yelling and appearing to be heavily intoxicated. It was then he became irate and ignored all verbal commands given to him. He then unleashed his large dog on the deputies. The dog bit one of the deputy’s pant legs but did not make skin contact. After a brief struggle, he was safely detained and identified as John Holchin. He was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail on charges of aggravated assault against a public servant. His bond was set at $1500.
