HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 3, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 8500 block of Silver Lure Rosehill Road in reference to a reported mail theft (porch pirate).

Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that on Halloween night, an unknown female suspect walked up to a residence and stole a package from the front porch.

Video surveillance captured the suspect, described as a light-skinned Black female wearing a white corset and white gown. The footage also shows her using a young child to obscure her actions from the home’s security camera.

During the same evening, the suspect was also seen stealing another package from a residence in the 8600 block of Sports Haven Drive.

Further investigation indicates there may be additional victims in the area.

“If you have any information regarding this case (HC2511-00497) or the identity of this suspect, or if you believe you may be a victim, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472 or your local law enforcement,” Constable Mark Herman said.
