On June 3, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13200 block of Champions Centre Drive in reference to a disturbance. Constable Deputies quickly located the disturbance and attempted to detain a male suspect, who physically resisted and struggled with deputies before being detained. While attempting to detain the male, one of the deputies was injured, transported and treated at a local hospital. The male suspect was identified as Patrick Hurts.
“Patrick Hurts was arrested, and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault on a Police Officer. His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 208th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
