Suspect Sketches Released in Rape Case

Liberty County Sheriff’s Investigator, Sgt. Josh Cummins, lead Investigator on the Sexual Assault case that occurred this week just off FM 787 in North Liberty County where the victim thought she was buying a belt from an internet source called “Leather Works by Julie Rae”, has been working with a forensic artist and the victim to develop a more accurate description of both suspects.

Please find attached the Forensic sketch of both suspects…

Suspect #1 is a black male, between 35-40 years of age, 5’-9”, medium build and dark complexion.

Suspect #2 is a Hispanic male, between 30-35 years of age, 5’-7”, medium build with lighter possibly yellow complexion.

This suspect had an ear ring in his left ear lobe.

The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office would appreciate the media making the attached description available to the public in the hopes that someone will recognize one or both suspects responsible for this criminal sexual assault case.
