Suspect Wanted for Following Bank Customer, Burglarizing Vehicle

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On March 7, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office were at the Walmart in the 26200 block of the Northwest Fwy investigating a separate call when they were advised by citizens that a male suspect was breaking into a Ford F-150 in the parking lot by pinching the passenger window in plain daylight with plenty of witnesses nearby.

Investigation revealed that the suspect, driving a gray Maserati followed the victim from a local Bank of America to the Walmart parking lot. The victim went inside the store for a very short time before witnesses contacted Precinct 4 dispatch about the break in. With witnesses assistance, deputies were able to identify the suspect as Michael Earls.

The victim advised he made a deposit at the bank and a gray bag with no money was taken.

“Michael Earls is currently wanted by law enforcement for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 6,” Constable Mark Herman said.
