SUSPECTS ATTEMPT BURGLARY WITH HOMEOWNER PRESENT

On June 18, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 4000 block of Brookhead Trail in reference to an in-progress residential burglary. The homeowner stated that several suspects kicked in the back door and were inside his home. The suspects then realized the homeowner was in the house and fled to the backyard.

Constable Deputies arrived to the location in just under 5 minutes and observed three suspects jumping over the back fence. Deputies were able to quickly detain two suspects at the scene and after a brief foot chase, the remaining suspect was caught. The suspects were identified as Robert Loredo, Jordan Landaverde and Jesse Domingues.

“Robert Loredo, Jordan Landaverde and Jesse Domingues were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Loredo and Landaverde were both charged with Criminal Trespass and each received a $1,000.00 bond out of County Court 15. Domingues was charged with Evading and received a $5,000.00 bond out of County Court 15.”–Constable Mark Herman
