On Sunday, January 3, 2016, at approximately 2:35 PM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division were dispatched to a robbery that had occurred at a business, Shell Gas Station, in the 28000 block of Interstate 45 North, in The Woodlands, Texas.
Upon Deputies arrival, it was reported that a male entered the store and pointed a handgun at the store clerk while demanding money. The clerk complied with the actor’s demands giving him an undetermined amount of money from the cash drawer of the register. Reportedly the actor then fled the location, running toward the retail complex behind the dispatched location. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office units responded to the location but were unable to locate the actor.
Descriptions of the suspect are a black male, approximately 5’09”, wearing a red Houston Rockets ball cap, dark grey zip-up sweater, and blue jeans. The investigation is on-going and investigators are in the process of reviewing evidence.
