HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On February 18, a deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle report in the 21000 block of Aqua Bay Court.
Upon arrival, the vehicle was located and the driver was identified as Michael Cox, who exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, which indicated he was impaired.
“Michael Cox was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 by County Court 4.” Constable Mark Herman said.
